Advisory services referenced on this website are offered through The Invictus Collective, LLC (“Invictus”), an investment adviser registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 (CRD #310744). Registration as an investment adviser does not imply a certain level of skill or training and does not constitute an endorsement by the SEC or any state securities authority.

Invictus may transact business only in states where it is registered, notice-filed, or exempt from registration or notice-filing requirements. For information about Invictus’s registration status, disciplinary history, and business practices, visit adviserinfo.sec.gov or call (866) 636-3468 to request its Form ADV Part 2A firm brochure and Form CRS.

The information on this website is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice, nor a recommendation, offer, or solicitation to buy or sell any security or engage in an investment strategy. No advisory relationship is created by use of this website; any advisory relationship is governed solely by a written advisory agreement.

All investing involves risk, including possible loss of principal. Past performance does not guarantee future results, and no investment strategy can assure a profit or protect against loss in declining markets. Diversification and asset allocation do not ensure a profit or guarantee against loss. Strategies described as designed to protect, buffer, or reduce downside risk may use options or other derivative instruments; they are designed to limit, not eliminate, losses over a defined period and within a defined range, may limit participation in gains, and can result in losses, including losses exceeding any stated buffer.

Advisory fees are described in Invictus’s Form ADV Part 2A and in each client’s advisory agreement, which govern in the event of any inconsistency with this website. Clients may also incur custodian, transaction, and product-level fees and expenses. Financial planning and concierge services are provided as part of an advisory relationship and do not include legal, tax, or accounting services; clients should consult their own legal and tax professionals.

Statements regarding ownership, independence, or future intentions reflect current circumstances only and are subject to change. Client minimums are guidelines and may be waived at the firm’s discretion. Third-party links are provided for convenience; Invictus is not responsible for their content, accuracy, or privacy practices. Valla Wealth does not provide tax or legal advice.
