What we do · Financial concierge

The stuff that falls through the cracks, handled.

Investments are one piece. We take care of the rest of it too.

The problem

“Talk to your attorney about that.”

A good financial life isn’t just a portfolio. It’s the estate documents that never got updated, the insurance that’s wrong or missing, the tax move nobody coordinated, the 401(k) still at a job from 2014, the parent’s finances you’re quietly managing, the CPA and the attorney who’ve never spoken.

How Valla works

We own the checklist.

Your plan includes an operating list for your whole financial life, and we run it. We coordinate your CPA, estate attorney, insurance, and banking around one living plan. We track deadlines, prep paperwork, chase loose ends, and bring you the decision…not the homework, with check-ins whenever needed and at least four anticipated each year.

24/7 accountableWe remain accountable to our clients’ needs around the clock.
Check in as neededAt least four check-ins are anticipated each year, with more whenever life calls for them.
A living processThe Valla Way stays with us throughout your whole journey.

Frequently asked questions

The questions people ask us. And the ones they don’t.

The one nobody asksIs concierge just a fancy word for returning my calls?

Returning calls is the floor. Concierge means we own a checklist of your whole financial life…the estate documents, insurance, beneficiaries, old 401(k), and family needs…and we drive it. You do not bring us tasks; we bring you decisions.

The one nobody asksDoes this cost extra?

No. It is part of the same fee. We do not bill hourly, charge per project, or maintain a premium tier. If your life gets more complicated, that is our problem, not your invoice.

The one nobody asksWill you actually talk to my CPA and attorney?

With your permission, yes. We send them what they need, get on the phone when advice conflicts, and make sure the estate, tax, and investment work from one plan. We do not take referral fees.

The one nobody asksWhere does it stop? Will you help me buy a car or pay my bills?

We help with decisions that affect the plan, such as modelling lease versus purchase and coordinating the cash. We do not negotiate with dealerships, pay bills, or hold your checkbook.

I’m managing my parents’ finances too. Can that be part of it?

Yes. We can inventory their situation, coordinate with their advisors, and build their needs into your plan so a surprise is not a crisis.

The one nobody asksHow do I know things are actually getting done?

You see the list: every open item, who owns it, what it is waiting on, and when it was completed. Nothing disappears into ‘we’ll handle that.’

What kinds of things do people usually hand you first?

Beneficiary forms naming an ex-spouse, insurance nobody has reviewed in a decade, retirement accounts at old employers, and a will from before the children were born are all normal first-list items.

Who this is for

Households whose financial lives have gotten complicated enough that “I’ll get to it” is costing real money.
