Colleen brings more than 20 years of financial-operations and client-service experience supporting ultra-high-net-worth individuals and multigenerational families. At Invictus, she leads operational strategy and client engagement with an emphasis on seamless execution and an elevated service experience.

Previously, Colleen was a managing director at Taiber Kosmala & Associates, where she improved operations and client service across high-net-worth and institutional portfolios. Her work combines disciplined financial administration with responsive, personal care.

Colleen earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from DePaul University.
