VHaven Growth

Haven 7 · V. Growth

Near-market compounding with the left tail cut off.

Growth is for capital with a decade-ish horizon that still has a job to do. It takes on more market exposure than Core and, in exchange, carries a wider but still bounded downside.

The shape of Haven Growth

Every Haven model changes the relationship between what the market does and what you experience. Reading left to right: how the model is designed to behave when markets fall, and what it gives up when they rise.

How this model is defined

Time horizon

5 to 10 years.

Objective

Compound near the market's rate with the far left tail cut off.

How it is built

A larger adaptive defined-downside position with a wider upside participation band, held to a single stated maturity, with the same discipline to wait when terms are unattractive.

What you accept

A materially wider drawdown than Shield or Core. Growth reduces catastrophic outcomes; it does not remove ordinary ones.

Common questions

How much downside should I expect?

More than Core and less than the index. The specific boundary for a given cycle is stated before capital is committed, not after.

Is this a substitute for owning equities?

It is a different way to hold equity exposure, with a defined floor and a capped ceiling. Whether that trade is worth making depends on your horizon.
