Haven 7 · III. Income

A defined return when markets stay inside the lines.

Income is built for capital seeking a high conditional return—not for capital that cannot tolerate loss. The terms are simple enough to state before you invest, including exactly where the risk changes.

For Income, the diagram assumes each basket index matches the displayed SPX return; the actual payoff uses the worst-performing basket index. This is a payoff diagram, not a projection or expected result.

The shape of Haven Income

Every Haven model changes the relationship between what the market does and what you experience. Reading left to right: how the model is designed to behave when markets fall, and what it gives up when they rise.

How this model is defined

Time horizon

Two years, with capital intended to remain invested through maturity.

Objective

Earn a defined conditional return when a diversified equity-index basket finishes above stated loss barriers.

How it is built

A market-linked note whose result is determined by the worst performer among the S&P 500, Russell 2000 and Nasdaq-100 price indexes at maturity.

What you accept

Substantial downside if the worst index breaches the deep barrier. This is not a defensive sleeve and the return is conditional, not guaranteed.

Common questions

Why call it Income if the return is conditional?

The model targets a stated return outcome rather than open-ended market participation. The term sheet controls when and how any payment occurs; the name does not mean the payment is guaranteed or distributed monthly.

What is the central risk?

The worst index controls the result. One deeply negative member of the basket can produce a loss even when the other indexes perform better.

Decide whether the conditional return is worth the tail risk.

We will show the current terms, the loss scenarios and the alternatives before you decide.
